Our highest-grown lot, picked on the volcanic slopes above Lake Batur where tangerine trees shade the coffee and cold mornings slow the cherry down. Fully washed and dried on raised beds for a clean, high-clarity cup — think fresh citrus up front, a little stone fruit, and a crisp, sparkling finish. If you love a pour-over that wakes you up sideways, start here.

Batur Caldera
Batur is our comfort roast — pulled a touch darker for a heavier, syrupy body and a long, warming finish. The volcanic minerality reads as baking spice under a base of dark chocolate. Forgiving in every brewer and downright excellent in a French press on a slow Sunday. This is the bag most of our subscribers reorder on repeat.
